The Property Video Club seeks to solve the following issues which have been raised time and time again in conversation and during training sessions with agents;

 

  • Shortage of Time - your membership requires no agency time to produce video content or post and maximise on social media.

  • Personal Brand - it is often suggested that if a single person becomes the face of a business and then leaves, the good will may also leave - the Property Video Club resolves this issue. It also removes the need for a business owner who may seek to sell the business to be on screen. 

  • Corporate Brand - consistency and quality can be maintained throughout.

  • Fear of being on camera - there is no need for a business owner to be on screen.

  • Content - consistent content will be produced keeping social channels moving and provide you and your brand the content you need. 

  • Quality - video content will be produced in studio using broadcast standard equipment giving you a professional look and feel - no more shaky video! 

  • Overlap - we will only seek to work with one agent in a postcode area so that content does not overlap with any competitors.

The service will be subscription based with a monthly fee and will be contracted with clients in 6 month increments. 

​

For the Pro subscription agents need simply provide a suite of 30 images of their town/city that they have taken, a logo and font pack. If the agent does not have this we can provide a photographer at a fee of £250 + VAT and travel expenses/hotels if necessary due to location, to fulfil this.
